Teal Reverie

Rich velvet fabric is used to create this opulent teal kaftan-style dress. Small beads are used to provide a royal look to the detail nakshi work (a style of embroidery at times using metallic threads) on the central panel and high neck. A lovely frame is created by the silk thread needlework that runs along the front. Additionally, the dress features Banaras trimmings that delicately accentuate its elegance by adding a classic elements to the slits and sleeve cuts.
